Please advise the property in advance of your expected time of arrival.

The office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 until 17:00

Closed on weekends and public holidays.

If you expect to arrive outside of office hours please advise the property of your approximate arrival time so that they can advise you of the after-hours check in procedure.

Please note that there is a 1.5% non-refundable charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3% non- refundable charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

A pre-authorization of AUD 100 is required on credit card upon arrival for incidentals, for example: late check-out, car park, cleaning fee or damage. The pre-authorization will be released if there are no incidentals on check-out. Cash bond is not accepted.

Covered parking is available on request and subject to availability.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Pets are NOT allowed.
